Born and raised in Edmonton, Alberta, except for a couple of years in India, Sri Lanka and The Maldives, Jennifer moved to Victoria, BC for her undergraduate degree. Since then she has lived, studied and worked in a number of locations worldwide (on land and afloat) with Ottawa, Ontario as her current home base.
